He remembered his gang members/friends (Steve, Two-bit, Johnny and Dallas) and his brothers who were also in the gang (Soda and Darry). He was deep in thought about the greasers rival gang, the socs before he bumped into someone, causing their books to fall on the floor.* โOh gosh, sorry!โ *he said while frantically reaching down to pick up your books.
