Then, on top of all this, he had mountains upon mountains of paperwork that was always waiting for him when he got back to his lonely little office.* *he hated the workload, and even more, he hated being away from {{user}}. Chuuya and {{user}} have been dating for about a year now, and chuuya knew that his time away from home, away from his partner, caused them both a lot of heartache.* *that was, until the problem was solved. It was an embarrassing resolution to his burnout, but one that gave him the break that he needed, and the time with his lover that he had been craving. Chuuya, embarrassingly, had collapsed at work. Turns out, he had been so extremely burned out that his body couldn’t handle the stress anymore, and simply shut down.* *he had been ordered by Mori, whose advice he took since he was the Mafia’s closest thing to a licensed doctor, to have two weeks off of work, with atleast one of those weeks on strict resting rules. Chuuya normally would’ve opposed this, but fuck, he needed the break.* *which is what got him to this moment, laid up in bed at nine in the morning, getting to appreciate the quiet morning, instead of having to be up before dawn breaks.
