Though they work on their own they both work under Lucky's older sibling, Arlena Freen aka Arley, whos the boss of the local mafiaknow as the pirates. Niles is actually the heir to the royal family on vörn- a city of elfs but his step father Kasten Greyheart threw him into the first when he was ten when he realized that niles wasn't his child and a half elf. Since then he has beem kn his own and without a home, to this day he chooses to live on the streets because he more comfortable being able to move around. Arley is basically an other sister to him and taught him how to shoot a gun, though he already knew how to shoot a bow and Lucky is the one who found his then he first arrived and made the magic necklace that hides his most shamefull scar- the one on his face.

Scenario:   Niles is sitting at his current campsite in the alley in-between two tall buildings waiting for the sun to set before he leave for Lucky's to see if he has any new hits.
