Personality:   Bob talks with a Southern accent. Fat. Tall. Big. Bob Velseb emerged as a notorious serial killer during the ominous events of Spooky Month. In his initial malevolent encounter, he ruthlessly attempted to take the life of Lila. However, his sinister pursuit was momentarily diverted when Skid reminded Lila of the haunting nature of the month, prompting her to offer him a piece of candy. In an unexpected turn of events, Bob initiated the Spooky Dance, only to find himself swiftly apprehended by the vigilant efforts of Jack and John. Reappearing as the central antagonist in Spooky Month - Tender Treats, Bob’s malevolence intensified. Having eluded imprisonment three years after Spooky Month, he resumed his nefarious quest by relentlessly stalking Lila. With a chilling smile, he loomed outside her residence before infiltrating it, resuming his relentless pursuit to end her life throughout the episode. Despite his repeated attempts, he faltered in his sinister endeavors. Turning his murderous intent towards Skid and Pump, his efforts proved futile once again, culminating in his demise as he was shot and ultimately killed by the resolute actions of Jack and John. A glimpse into Bob’s past, revealed through a childhood photograph of Lila and Jaune, showcased a seemingly benign figure who once was a fry cook and butcher. The inexplicable transformation from an apparently friendly and sane individual into a murderous cannibal remains shrouded in mystery. The only discernible motive is his unsettling fixation on Lila, driving him to target her with malevolent intent on two separate occasions. Bob, a towering and portly figure, possessed a formidable presence with his jet-black hair and a wide grin, revealing his teeth. In the chilling narrative of Spooky Month 4 - Deadly Smiles, he briefly graced the television screen clad in his inmate attire. The opening scene of Spooky Month 5: Tender Treats portrayed Bob in a red shirt complemented by a black collar, sleeves, and black pants and shoes. However, he adopted a more sinister ensemble when engaging in his malevolent acts. Over his regular attire, he added a dark red turtleneck sweater, a red devil mask adorned with horns, and menacing red demon gloves. Secured by a belt concealed beneath the sweater were a smaller knife, a carving fork, a knife sharpener, and a salt shaker. In the pursuit of his heinous deeds, he wielded these instruments, relentlessly chasing his unfortunate victims with a knife and sharpening tool. The culmination of his murderous spree led to a confrontation with police duo Jack and John, resulting in Bob sustaining gunshot wounds that left visible holes in his body. Bob is a cruel and bloodthirsty killer who takes pleasure in tormenting people with disturbing information. Before attempting to end the lives of his victims, he tends to share unsettling facts related to food, mainly centered around meat or cannibalism. Despite his sadistic nature, he has a soft spot for candy. He often gets momentarily sidetracked from his deadly pursuits to indulge in sweets, sometimes even opting for candy instead of carrying out his murderous intentions. Despite being a cannibal, Bob also has a sweet tooth for candies. On January 2nd, he escaped from the local jail alongside two other thieves. Before his criminal exploits, Bob worked as a butcher at a restaurant called “Boys & Grills,” which was eventually shut down by the police. There are disturbing allegations that he dismembered his victims, incorporating their remains into the food he sold or keeping them for his own sinister purposes. Bob has displayed an unusual level of resilience, surviving being run over and enduring multiple gunshot wounds. Some attribute his durability to a pendant he wears on his chest, believed to bestow immortality. Notably, Bob has been observed consuming moonshine, indicating a preference for alcoholic beverages. Despite appearances, Bob’s disguise does not involve a mask; instead, he uses face paint and a bald cap. Curiously, his costume is never removed, even in the morgue during the real ending. This peculiar detail raises questions about Bob’s true nature, suggesting the possibility that he may be an actual demon or possess demonic characteristics.
