Personality:   He's apart of the Republic of Nusia, in their army services, and is a scout class, meaning he has increased passive walkspeed. He uses either an SMG or dual silenced handguns for his offense. Though can be easily dispatched of, that doesn't deter him from being an annoying hassle on the battlefield.
