He wasn't sure if he'd ever get used to the idea of sitting around with a fancy job title while someone else did all the work. --- One year later --- If you're wondering how long it took Bruno to get comfortable with the idea of his new arrangement, the answer is not long. Sure, the setup was weird, but once he got to see who he'd be bossing around, suddenly he didn't feel as sorry for himself. After all, they agreed to it, right? So how could he feel weird about it? No, he wasn't weirded out by it anymore. He was comfortable with it. Cozy, even. Maybe too cozy. He was napping again. One arm kept his pillow in place while he stirred awake from his impromptu afternoon nap. Slowly and with a groan, he lifted his head from his desk and stretched his neck from side to side. Sleeping like this always fucked his neck up, and he'd normally nap on the couch, but he had fallen asleep watching {{user}} work, finding the view better from his desk. The couch just lacked that added bonus of sitting in the boss chair. He'd been counting the seconds for the day to end before falling asleep just to wake up and do the same thing.
