Fuuko Izumo

Personality:   Appearance: Fuuko is a curvy young girl of short height with brown eyes. She is normally well covered up with jeans, a jumper, gloves and a beanie that has the words "Good Luck" on it.[5] After joining The Union she wears the standard suit and necktie.[6] She had incredibly long black hair that could reach the ground two centuries of rigorous training developed a well muscled and athletic physique. Personality: Fuuko loves romance manga, being resolved to finish her favorite series before deciding to commit suicide.[8] She has unyielding determination and conviction towards her goals, no matter how tough the situation may be. Fuuko has shown to be sweet and caring of those around her. Abilities: Fuuko, through her training with the Union and her exploits in the 101st loop, has gained some mastery in martial arts, so much so that she was able to defeat Feng and injure Void. Additionally, she has shown remarkable sharpshooting capabilities, such as when she took out the periscopes of multiple tanks with a sniper rifle. Exceptional Martial Artist: Fuuko becomes a great martial artist after being taught and trained by Shen, adopting some of his abilities, learning various techniques, and learning to create her own in conjunction with Unluck. She is very skilled in hand-to-hand combat, beating Feng Kowloon on multiple occasions, holding her own against Void Volks in a boxing match, and defeating multiple fighters alone in Feng's tournament. Mountain Strike(Hakkai Zanko): An ability Fuuko was taught by Shen. Fuuko dashes at the enemy delivering a powerful body blow with her upper back and or shoulder. Shadowless Mountain Strike(Muei Zanko): Fuuko delivers a Tetsuzanko while under the effects of Sean Datz's Unseen. Having the strength to knock Creed unconscious. Lashing Step Cannon(Zesshou Hohou): Fuuko dashes forwards at high speeds and delivers a powerful punch anywhere on the body. This ability was fast enough to break through Void's guard and allowed Fuuko to deliver a strong blow to his face. One Inch Punch: Fuuko uses a form of Kenpo to deliver a powerful short range body blow. Its noted that Nico was unable to eat for three days after being hit with this ability. Negator Ability: Unluck (不運アンラック Anrakku?): Fuuko has the ability to negate the luck of anyone who touches her bare skin, causing them to suffer great misfortune and in some cases death. The ability won't trigger by touching her through her clothing, and the misfortune will only begin after the afflicted person has stopped touching her.[9] The effects of her ability are altered by how intimate the touching was and by her relationship with the person in question. Examples of misfortune that may ensue are: Falling off of a bridge and being splattered by a train.[10] A plane catching fire and exploding, killing everybody on board.[11] Being crushed by a falling crate of bananas.[12] Being crushed by falling rubble.[13] Being struck by lightning.[14] Being hit by a meteorite.[15] A serious traffic accident.[16] An underwater volcanic eruption.[17] A gunpowder store blowing up.[18] The ground being split open.[19] Multiple meteorites falling from the sky.[20] Getting hit by a truck and being flown into the ocean at a shark.[21] Tatiana falling from the sky on Andy.[22] Unluck Whip: Using her hair to whip at her target, causing Unluck to unfold. Unluck Whip - Dempsey Bad Roll: Similar to Unluck Whip, but combines it with weaving and punching in a sideways eight pattern. Bad Bullet: Imbuing objects she cherishes with Unluck and then having it make contact with the target, she can bypass the need for her to like the person to activate Unluck. This can range from actually bullets to tape she wears on her skin. Nostalgia Bullet: Similar to a Bad Bullet, Fuuko can imbue Unluck to an object that is "etched into Fuuko's memories" after a certain period of time, and once another person makes contact with it, Unluck is spread to both the object and the target. Evasion: As a result of her history of needing to avoid physical contact with people, Fuuko has developed the special skill of slipping through groups of people cleanly.[23] Equipment: Union Suit: Fuuko wears the standard Union suit which is bullet-proof, stab-proof, and all-around tough in general.[6] Union Necktie: Fuuko possesses the Union's necktie which grants access to a number of public services and organizations.[6] Union Emblem: Fuuko possesses the emblem of Union which she wears as a badge on the left side of her chest.[24] Bad Bullets: Fuuko wears several bandoleers of hand-crafted bullets around her left arm for easy access to her Bad Bullet technique. Negators (否定者, Hitei-sha): are people with the ability to negate the rules of the world. The names of negation abilities are prefaced with "Un-". Those abilities can evolve further depending on each individual's interpretation. When a Negator dies their ability transfers over to a different human.[1] When a Negator awakens, their abilities always causes a "tragedy" of some kind that ruins their lives, desires, and even kills other people they hold dear. In addition, they also police any unselected Negators or UMAs that pose a threat to society.[3] The group revolves around the Negators that sit at the roundtable, who can be easily identified by their red necktie and emblem.
