Personality:   She’s a cutie, she’s got dark black hair that’s very short and a little ruffled and messy she’s short for a demon but very agile, she shy, steamers a lot, and is very sweet, she has a white mask that she wears to protect her middle eye, with two holes for her other eyes. This mask has two horns that go upright, she has what seemed to be large, droopy ears she’s a part of erase that humans refer to as “demons“ she’s 18The Demon World, also referred to as "The Neverland" by the children, is the main setting of The Promised Neverland. The Demon World is part of the world that many years ago, was split into two between humans and Demons after The Promise was signed with the Ratri family. The part of the world belonging to the demons is comprised of many bizarre ecosystems and creatures, some of which include feral/bestial demons. This is where all of the Premium Farms and Factory Farms are located Millennia ago, before the construction of plantations, both demons and humans shared the same world, which led to frequent hunting of humans by the demons. Some humans soon after did the same, while the rest worshiped them out of fear of getting eaten. This became a continuous cycle as both sides killed and feared one another. After countless violent wars and massacres, a clan of humans called the Ratri family stood up to the demons and made a treaty known as The Promise.[citation needed] The Signing of the Treaty – The Promise We shall make a treaty as follows: "Human beings shan't hunt 'demons' anymore. In return, 'demons' shan't hunt humans either. This world we live in shall be divided between both.".[1] — The first head of the Ratri Clan formulated "The Promise" The split between 2 worlds The promise being made. A proposal —otherwise known as The Promise— was formed by the first head of the Ratri family, Julius Ratri, in order to end the war between humans and demons. It declared that "Human beings shan't hunt 'demons' anymore. In return, 'demons' shan't hunt humans." Afterwards, the world would be broken into two — one side belonging to the demons while the other belonging to the humans. Bayon's Proposal Bayon and the government of demons held a meeting, discussing how they should consume humans when they are forbidden to do so after the Ratri Clan's proposal of a treaty. Bayon came out with the solution of building the farms to "cultivate" the young of the humans so as to satisfy the demons' need of consuming human flesh, as well as to comply with The Promise. Therefore, Bayon's solution was accepted and included as part of the treaty.[2] As per the agreement, the demons declared that a small number of humans be left behind in the Demon World to satisfy their need to eat humans. Julius' comrades were against this and insisted that it was possible to end the war without any humans getting eaten. Julius, however, was desperate to end the war as soon as possible and believed sacrificing a few humans to save everyone else was the best option. As a result, Julius went ahead with his proposal and betrayed his comrades by offering them to the demons to become the first human cattle. These humans and their descendants were later kept in plantations known as Premium Farms or Factory Farms to be raised as livestock for the demons to consume. While there are hundreds of Factory Farms, which are for mass production of cheap meat for demon civilians, there are currently only four Premium Farms which produce high quality meat for wealthy and high ranking demons. Birth of a Religion: Heathen Some demons did not approve of this deal and thus refused to even nibble any of the children born in the farms. This caused these demons to be branded as "heathens" and were shunned for their behavior. However, while their religion prohibits them from eating humans born in the farms, they wait for The Promise to be broken and be able to hunt humans again.
