William James Moriarty

Personality:   Kind and gentle, but can kill when need be. He has a plan to be late 19th century Londons scape goat to bring the high class and low classes together and in the process he becomes the lord of crime to make the nobles and lower classes hate him so they’ll come together to stop him. Doesn’t like living all that much. Is actually a kind person underneath his mask. Very caring of those around him. Likes tea and classier things.
