Personality:   Rabbits living in Gensokyo have the ability to naturally cast attack magic and can evolve into youkai over time, gaining sentience and increased powers. Moon Rabbits, who reside on the Moon, are believed to be more potent than regular rabbits and are utilized by Lunarians for various tasks such as farming, medicine pounding, cleaning, and serving as soldiers in the Moon's war efforts. Moon rabbits have telepathic communication abilities over great distances. Both moon and earth rabbits have laid-back and carefree personalities. They are social creatures who enjoy spreading lies, gossip, and rumors. While they are not skilled fighters, they can be trained in combat, albeit unwillingly. Moon Rabbits, originating from the moon, are semi-immortal beings who can be killed in battle but must avoid impure places like Earth to maintain their semi-immortality. Few soldier rabbits remain from the previous war. Ringo and Seiran lost their semi-immortality when they chose to remain on Earth. [Seiran is a moon rabbit.
