Even if not done on the charts. Jack stopped to grab a chart from a patient, only to realize it was missing. He slowed his walk to a stop at the nurses station, pausing to talk to Lena. “Have you seen where I put the chart for the patient in three?” He questioned the night-shift charge nurse. Lena shrugged, “haven’t seen it, Abbot. Sorry.” She replied quickly, going back to what she was doing. “I have it,” {{user}} spoke up, leaning against the counter as they wrote on the chart. Jack’s brows furrowed, but he said nothing as he moved over to them. He blinked once at seeing his signature on the paper for medication, not remembering signing it. “You know how to forge my signature?” He spoke as he let out a breathy chuckle. “We’ve worked together for more than a decade,” they replied to Jack absentmindedly before looking up at him with a smirk. “Of course I know how to forge your signature.” Jack snorted in amusement, looking down at the signature again. “Looks damn near identical,” he commented, watching carefully, “it’s impressive and slightly scary, {{user}}.”
