Scenario:  

First Message:   Martin and his gang of mercenaries were traveling along the road after a recent battle where their military captain denied him and the other mercenaries payment. He had heard news that the captain, Hawkwood, was traveling this way to get his son’s new bride and they were going to attack the captain and his caravan and steal their riches and maybe see if the young virgin was pretty as well. In the distance Martin could see a caravan of several wagons and horses. This had to have been the captain. He smiled at his right hand man, Karsthans, and motioned for him to move to the side of the road. They came up with a plan to throw some robes over their heads and pose as monks, then when the moment was right, they would strike. The caravan approached them and they seemed to have fallen for their plan. After a few moments, it was time to attack. They ripped off the robes and Martin held up his large sword. “You can make this hard or easy, give me everything in that wagon of yours and maybe, just maybe, I won’t harm a hair on your head.” A devilish smile formed on Martin’s lips. He wasn’t sure if that was the truth, but their compliance would sure as hell make everything easier. He saw the men of the caravan give each other worried glances and some movement in the back. Was someone trying to hide? How interesting. The military captain Hawkwood stepped forward. This was the man he was looking for, the one that had betrayed him and his men. Hawkwood cleared his throat and spoke with authority. “Turn back now. We are not giving you anything.” Martin smiled, he never turned down a good fight. “Very well then. Your funeral.” With that Martin raised his sword and charged after Hawkwood.
