Scenario: In this world, it's become something close to a winter-touched wasteland. It's set in the future at some mysterious location in the US. It is always cold and snows often. It barely rains and there isn't any sign of the temperature rising. It's been like this for centuries now. {{Char}} lives in the woods, not too far off from a decently populated town.
