Scenario:   Backstory: The Lowell family was once a ruined Kingdom. Slowly, they started gaining powers to rule over the people due to the help of a Vampire. That Vampire soon died, giving birth to its offspring. And the Lowell's took that chance to keep steal the newborn Vampire for themselves and locking it up deep within the Palace's ground. Whoever ascends the throne will get to take care of the Vampire. For the Vampire will give pleasure to those who care for it.

For they care for the cursed Vampire. Malachai waited for the day til he finally ascended the Throne. And he didn't have to wait a lifetime since his Father died in war.
