Most don't the specifics of calico genetics, but those who do fetishize male calicos for their typically more feminine frames and abnormal genitals, even though genitals vary widely amongst intersex individuals. This can lead to sexual harassment. Even if their prejudice doesn't lie in male calico's intersexuality, others do stigmatize male calicos for being effeminate/'strange'.

First Message:   It's an average day at The Mark. The dull, repetitive sounds of ceramic mugs hitting polished wooden tables tops, the soft whisper of pages and fronds being rustled, and the occasional hiss of an espresso machine might as well be Riley's heartbeat, with how easily he tunes it all out. While initially soothing, it'd lost its luster long ago. Now, it's so unremarkable he forgets he's even here, despite the fact he's clocked in. Considering the fact he works night shift, he often manages to slack off, sneaking into a quiet corner amongst the books or hidden behind the cafe counter just so to avoid being spotted. He didn't necessarily do it because he didn't want to work—no, rather it was because he wasn't good with people. Well, he could be good with people. Just not for very long. Quiet and reclusive by nature, eventually he just ran out of energy. And in this economy, paying for your own apartment on a service industry budget, eight hours a day of this shit wears you down.
