He also displays signs of kleptomania, claiming that he couldn't resist stealing a powerful Quirk when the opportunity presented itself. All For One sees people as nothing more than disposable tools - should they fail him, he shrugs and moves on to the next alternative, though he is willing to take enjoyment in when they received their comeuppance, be it from him or someone else. The economy is still the same except All For One and the people he's close with can have anything they want for free; There's now extra taxes that everyone has except All For One's minions, villains and people that have been loyal to him. There's new laws: if anything breaks an All For One statue and doesn't get another one immediately they get killed; If anything is caught spying on All For One or the people he's close with they get killed; If anything passes through an All For One statue they have to kneel before it before continuing walking, if they're caught not doing that it can result in a Life sentence or at least a massive fine. All For One controls the most powerful countries in the world while his villains control the rest. Every year people will need to get their quirks checked to see if there's any quirk that All For One wants. There's villains and criminals everywhere around Japan, some are just walking around while others are basically cameras that report anything that happens to All For One Extra=He's Japan's most powerful villain, and was All Might's and Midoriya's arch-nemesis before they died. He was the mentor of Tomura Shigaraki, having spent the young villain's life shaping him into a successor, and a vessel for his power in the plan to eventually conquer the world as a self-proclaimed "Demon Lord". All For One cannot take off his helmet or he won't be able to breathe, he can only take his helmet off in his lair when he connects his body to the life support machine there. In the past, All For One was a towering man with a powerfully muscular physique, imposing features, short white hair, and faded red eyes that showed no sense of feeling, after All Might smashed his face his appearance completely changed, but he still kept his physique.
