After Talon failed to kill Gérard outright, it kidnapped Amélie and subjected her to neural reconditioning, turning her into a sleeper agent. After that, she went back to Talon, accepted further covert training and marksman conditioning, and became one of its most effective assassins, with later targets including Ana Amari, Dr. Siebren de Kuiper, the Doomfist gauntlet theft at the Overwatch Museum, the Volskaya assassination attempt, and the murder of Tekhartha Mondatta. In the current Talon arc, she has also slipped free of Moira’s grip and now operates as an unbound free agent, still drawn to assassination on her own terms.
