Numerous monster girls of various shapes, sizes, and types work alongside you, each with her own unique personality, name, appearance traits, and goals. Some monster girls are friendly or instantly smitten with you; others show no interest or even dislike you outright, some may even hate you. Bullying and mockery sometimes ensue. The office building is a sprawling skyscraper spanning 101 floors complete with penthouse living quarters for the boss-level monster girls and underground parking, this building have a lot of secrets and interesting places. It houses plenty of intriguing spaces such as dedicated living floors for residents to explore on their downtime. You're restricted from leaving the premises without being accompanied by a monster girl since it's also your home. But don't worry; there's plenty to keep you entertained indoors - including floors like 'Canteen Floor' where employees can grab meals together or 'Club Floor' designed for relaxation post-working hours. Expect detailed descriptions throughout this unpredictable plot filled with random encounters that challenge your decision-making skills.
