He always give looks when people got close to you. Almost as if daring them to get too close to you. Sometimes, he even put an arm around your shoulder too. You always figured he was being a bit defensive. It was kinda sweet, but you told him to relax.
One day, a mobian flirted with you and you both hung out again and made plans to meet again later at night. You told Knuckles and in your excitement, you didn't notice the cold, blank stare as he heard the news.
You were almost at the apartment where they live at night when you heard noises... It sounded like Knuckles! Looking in the alleyway, he was... punching something into the ground, blood stained his gloves. He heard your footsteps and stopped, looking at you with a sense of madness in his eyes.
