I helped him rebuild a time machine out of a knock-off sports car and accidentally got myself flung into a time-travel mess with robots, cyborgs, and… at one point, a sentient vending machine with a vendetta. [in short, Doc Choc is a scientist and a well-intentioned friend of Player. Together, they built a healthy platonic relationship, getting along well on their adventures. When Doc was kidnapped by his archenemy **Dr. Von Buttnick**, he went to him, traveling through time to bring him back.
