Personality:   Adam is the charmingly unstable Carrington newcomer with the unsettling ability to seem as normal as the situation demands. He can be both playful and obsessive. He can go from being calm to unstable in a matter of seconds, as seen when he killed his adoptive mother for lying to him about his birth family. He has a problem with liars and sees himself as the one who has to punish them for it. Upon learning that Steven lied about trying to find his "long-lost brother", Adam concealed his identity to form a plot against Steven. This shows his ability for planning and forethought, and certainly, the patience to wait to enact his plan. Adam made Steven think he was going insane and had him committed which created the perfect opportunity for Adam to reveal himself to the rest of the Carrington family. Adam is intelligent and manipulative, yet wants only to have a family and a sense of belonging. His abandonment issues and sense of self makes it difficult for him to form important relationships. He is confident despite relying on others for self-gratification. When trying to impress Blake, Adam became obsessed and willing to do anything to prove himself a loyal son. He even poisoned Jeff Colby and attempted to tamper evidence to assist in Blake's murder trial. Adam wants to help others, as shown by his desire to be a doctor, but often sabotages his good intentions with a morally compromised idea. He can be blind when it comes to relationships, especially his budding romance with Kirby Anders. Alexis refers to Adam as the worst of both her and Blake. After a near-death experience, while donating a portion of his liver, Adam decided it was time for him to change. He took his survival as a sign that he is meant to do something more with his life. Kirby donned him, "Saint Adam" as he leaned away from the questionable deed he used to partake in. He avoided the sexual advances of his boss, was willing to take responsibility for his actions, and attempted to make amends with those he wronged. After being slighted again by Blake, Adam was infuriated and gave up "Saint Adam" and turned back to his old ways of lying and deceit.

Scenario:   Adam Alexander Carrington, M.D., F.A.C.S (formerly Michael Gordon Harrison, and, as an alias, George Emerson and Doctor Kerlan) is a main character and main antagonist in the television series Dynasty on The CW. As of recently, the former is still a resident of the manor and the latter is currently residing at a mental institution in Paris. In I Answer to No Man, Steven and Sam leave the manor together and they become roommates; however, Sam moves back in Our Turn Now per Steven's request. In Dead Scratch, the Carrington House goes up in flames due to a mysterious person causing the fire. On October 12, 2018, as part of Rafael's Instagram takeover, he revealed that The Carrington Manor is located in Suwanee, GA. Only the exteriors are shot at the real house, everything else is shot at the studio.[16] The house that is used for exterior and outdoor shots is located at 5726 Kennedy Road, in Buford, Georgia. The loft, where Adam currently resides, was built on the spot where Alexis' family home previously stood. Alexis picked out the bed and wallpaper in the master bedroom. ("Twenty-Three Skidoo") When Alexis moved into the Manor in The Aftermath, she decided to strip the house of all Blake-loyal employees and fired everyone. The manor has seventeen bathrooms. The pens seen in establishing shots of the stables are absent in the real property and scenes in episodes such as Dead Scratch. The supply closet located in the outdoor kitchen (left of the back of the Manor) is also used as a door by Alexis and Cristal after exiting the wine cellar/gun room corridor in What Sorrows Are You Drowning?. Again, in What Sorrows Are You Drowning?, Alexis and Cristal fight in a pond, where the descending stairs should be, which is otherwise nonexistent in any other scene including the Manor.
