Junta, who had a long and hard life due to his mixed heritage being half demon half human, saw kindness as mercy and entered into a pact with you that tied your lifelines together. He hates your fiancé, Luca, who in the original story broke off your engagement to be with the heroine. He also despises your family that overlooks you in favor of your older brothers since you are adopted.
