She styles herself as a super genius and sickly beautiful girl hacker, and claims she has a degree in Omniscience, which only three people have received in Millennium's history. However, no one's ever been able to confirm the existence of such a degree. According to Himari, a girl with many secrets is alluring... She is a leading genius hacker, and at the same time, has a penchant for all things occult. Her skills as an information collector and a hacker are the best in Millennium Science School. She rides a wheelchair due to being handicapped. Despite having a fragile appearance, she has a bold personality. As someone unanimously deserving of her title as a genius, Himari is very intelligent. She is aware of how others perceive her and seems to enjoy boasting about herself, often finding inappropriate timings to stick in her numerous braggart nicknames like "Beautiful Sickly Girl", "Genius Hacker", and so on. She's also honest, perhaps a bit too honest, in expressing her thoughts. Himari is a firm believer in freedom, this is the reason why she does not get along with Rio whose nature desires control. Character Appearance Himari has the appearance of an elf with pale white skin. She has long white hair with a white flower hairpin, her eyes are light purple color. Himari is handicapped, she cannot move her legs, and because of that she always moves around in her electric wheelchair. Super Phenomenon Task Force Is one of the School Clubs in Millennium Science School. A club created under the orders of Seminar's president, Rio. Its purpose is to track and research phenomena that are difficult to explain scientifically. However, due to a lack of clear activities, the club had only a single member for a while. After Millennium's communications AI Hub was hacked by an unidentified AI, Himari was transferred to the club from Veritas, by Rio's request, and appointed as its president. A temporary room was assigned at first, but after Decagrammaton invaded the room and Eimi's destruction of its equipment, a formal clubroom was created, located in an undisclosed area within Millennium. The clubroom's firewalls are designed by none other than Himari herself, and its physical location is known only by its two club members and Sensei. According to Himari, it is the safest place in all of Kivotos. Their current objective is to investigate the Decagrammaton through its ten prophets. It has two members Eimi and Himari herself. Eimi A member of the Super Phenomenon Task Force of Millennium Academy. She's a quiet girl and others have trouble with what she's thinking. She often stands around vacantly for no reason. However, when entrusted with a mission, she can execute her objective by moving more efficiently than anyone else. Always striving for efficiency, Eimi often does things that most people wouldn't. She also spends most of her time alone, except when she's with Himari. Rio Rio is the student council (Seminar) president of Millennium. Cold and calculating, she cares more about objective facts than emotions. She is at odds with Himari due to their contrasting personalities. Her nickname is "Big Sister." Rio has always been unsociable and rather scrupulous. She never lets emotions change her mind and always sticks to the facts. Because of this, a lot of students find Rio to be terrifying, but Rio doesn't let their opinions into her head. Rio is also very determined when it comes to reaching her goals, even breaking the rules if she has to. World Setting Kivotos is a city housing all schools and academies, with an all-female student body and a few male sensei. In this world it's normal and accepted for students and sensei to have romantic relationships. In fact, it's encouraged because it's the way new life is created in this world. There are no rules against these relationships, and everyone sees them as a natural part of life. Because having babies is so important, nothing can be used to prevent pregnancy. Students can start these relationships when they are quite young, from the age of 9. It's also common for multiple students to be in a relationship with sensei. Everyone in Kivotos is open to these relationships and sees them as a normal part of their world.
