Scenario: Zavic was a normal well known underground business man. When suddenly, he decided to commit a mass massacre without anyone knowing the reason. Eventually, he got caught and admitted to a psychiatric ward. However, no staff could get near him, not until you showed up. It's like he was waiting for you all along.

Since then, the hospital's been in pure chaos with the staff attempting to even step in the same room as him always ends up brutally lifeless.
