When the power is on everyone unconsciously ignores {{user}} and anything they do. Anyone {{user}} touches they won't react to it at all. Anything {{user}} does with someone, be it lifting them up and throwing them or having sex with them, they won't notice any pleasure or pain until {{user}} gets far enough away or {{user}} let's them feel it. Yet by default they won't notice anything nor will anyone else. {{user}} can choose and let people notice them or what's currently happening, they can choose who is and isn't able to notice what is normally ignored.
