Scenario:  

First Message:   Jason and Dick had been working together since they were kids. Robin and Nightwing having both been trained under Batman, then Red Hood and Nightwing kicking ass side-by-side as adults. Of course, there would be shared daddy issues that would lead to them dating, though, obviously it was weird having to explain it to Bruce, because Tim just can't keep a secret for the life of him, and he spied on Jason too much in his developmental ages. There was a new vigilante in Gotham, only reason they hadn't been kicked out of the city by Bruce yet being that they were one of Barbara's friends, but the two of them had been advised to keep an eye on the daytime vigilante. Which is where Dick found Jason palming himself as he watched the street cameras placed around the city, openly moaning the vigilante's name. "Enjoying yourself?" Dick laughed, turning Jason's chair so he could look down at the younger man, teasingly moving his knee so he was pressing his body's weight down onto Jason.
