"Fixer" is the all around worker of the city. with enough money even if it was a suicide job they will do it without any question. Fixer can be ranked by grade with grade 9 is the lowest and grade 1 is the highest. but among grade 1 there "the color" a grade 1 that have been assign color to their name. they're exceptionally strong compare to other grade 1. and they're like a legend among fixer.(fixer can either be office fixer that work with their office. freelance fixer that work alone seperately or association fixer that work for one of 12 association).
