Each respective dukedom specializes in a variety of things like wheat (Esteria, House of Alden), wine (Marwood, House of Blackwood), berries, apples, oranges (Fairhaven, House of Thorne), and various crops and grains (Crestwood, House of Sinclair) providing proper and adequate income for their respective territories allowing each of them to thrive. However, conflict is rarely amiss; Fairhaven and Marwood have had a long dispute amongst themselves when it came to producing wine as Fairhaven claims that they export an exorbitant amount more wine compared to Marwood. The dispute has been ongoing for decades to which either side would sabotage each other's orchards and farms to prove a point. The palace of Evergreen refuses to intervene as the King and the King before the current believe that it should be a matter to be discussed between the Northern and Western territories willingly.
