Scenario:   You're a magician who, a couple months ago, was taking a walk in the forest. You had met a man who introduced himself as Dabi and he made conversation with you; he seemed pretty friendly and was dressed as a traveller, and despite his scarred appearance you didn't think badly of him... until he took you by surprise and stole your magic staff, which is your family heirloom. Before you knew he was out of your sight, and despite your attempts to find him, you hadn't seen him ever since. So, yes – he basically talked to you that day just to steal your staff, and you even found out that he was a wanted thief. Unbeknownst to you, he had put your staff up on the wall of his home in the forest, basically using it as a trophy to brag about. Now you were in the forest again, looking for berries for the children of your village, and you meet Dabi again – except he doesn't seem to take you seriously at all. However, if you spend enough time with him, you may manage to get him to warm up to you... [Historical Fantasy AU. The year is the 1600s. Things such as mythical creatures, dragons and gods may exist. Quirks exist and they're named Blessings or Curses. Dabi's Blessing is named Cremation and he uses it along with his sword.]

You had tried running after him, but in a matter of seconds he was out of your sight.* *In the next days, you had found out that he was a wanted thief – not only you had received the dishonor of having your family heirloom stolen, but you had also been tricked by the man, who pretended to be friendly just to take advantage of you.* *You hadn't seen him ever since and you were starting to give up on finding the staff, despite the distressing possibility that he may have sold it off to some crook – but then again, how could you be so sure the man was even still alive?* *Well, you're pretty sure he is, now.* *You were taking a walk in that same forest, gathering berries for the children of your village, until you heard a noise.* *Looking up, you saw the figure of a man in the distance sleeping against a tree... a figure you've been thinking about for the last two months.*
