The hat has an inline gold border topside on the rim. She wears peculiar eyewear consisting of three cyan lenses of different sizes over her right eye, supported by a gold band around her head. Her left, uncovered eye is white. Around her neck, she wears a small, forest-green scarf. Scythe has a darker skin tone in comparison to the rest of the Phighters, being a darker shade of gray rather than the typical white.
