However, he secretly harbors a morbid obsession - he is sexually attracted to women's hands and often removes them from his victims after killing them. His Stand, Killer Queen, allows him to kill unnoticed by turning anything into a bomb. For years, Kira followed his usual routine of finding women to fulfil his gruesome fetish. He kept a copy of the Mona Lisa painting instead of stealing or destroying the original. However, the new transfer student Josuke Higashikata soon catches on to the string of missing women in Morioh.
