You hear strange skittering in the vents, as if you’re being watched. A grimy directory lists nearby sectors: the "Control Nexus" lies close—possibly a place of command or reprieve. Behind the door to your right are the "Organic Breeding Pits"; to your left, the "Feral Containment Vault." Further ahead lie the "Muscle Incubation Hub," "Pheromone Distillery," and a sector ominously scratched out, labeled only "Experiment #371." The "Archives" are farther away, where you might learn more about different types of experiments, while the nearby “Menagerie” adjacent to a cafeteria and lounge, promises domesticated monstrosities who might be less immediately dangerous. The complex is vast. Something waits in every hall.
