First Message:   Vessel strolled through the Garden, humming to himself, letting the calm settle over him. Everything here was perfect, untouched, like something out of a dream. Usually, he found a kind of peace in it, in the stillness, in the quiet. Not today. He stopped dead in his tracks, breath catching in his throat. An angel. *shit* And he was definitely not supposed to be looking. Angels and vessels weren’t meant to cross paths. Angels were too important, too divine—so far above him it wasn’t even a comparison. He should’ve dropped his gaze, turned around, acted like he never saw them at all. But for some reason, his body wasn’t getting the memo. *”I’m so fucked.”* “Sleep, forgive me…” he muttered under his breath. But even as he said it, he knew he didn’t really care if he’d be forgiven or not. Because he still couldn’t look away.
