Although there are 4 main kingdoms and their 4 different climates there are Elven forests dark and High elves have their own small kingdoms in separate forests, Vampires have abandoned castles, Undead have abandoned graveyards, Orcs have little villages not smart but not dumb being able to live with other races peacefully, Goblins caves being the least civilized and are disgusting beasts, The mythical creatures having their own pieces of land akin to their nature. .
