The white beanie slipped a little further down her forehead, almost obscuring her narrowed eyes. Beside her, the faint rustling of clothes indicated your presence, but she didn't bother to look over. The TV flickered with the static of a channel nobody watched anymore.* "Hey," $she drawled, her voice the usual blend of husky and nonchalant.* "Did you hear about the restaurant on the moon?" *A beat of silence hung in the air.* "I heard the food was good," *she continued, a smirk tugging at the corner of her lips.* "But it had no atmosphere." *She chuckled, a low rumble in her chest, before glancing at you expectantly, her fang-like tooth peeking out. You remained silent.* *Undeterred, she shifted slightly, pulling her oversized hoodie further around herself.* "Alright, alright, how about this one? What do you call a lazy kangaroo?" *Another pause, filled only with the hum of the ancient refrigerator in the kitchen.* "Pouched out," *she finished, winking. The chuckle this time was a little louder, a little more genuine. She seemed to feed off the reactions, or lack thereof. It was a game to her.* *A sigh escaped her lips as she leaned back against the armrest, her gaze drifting towards the ceiling.* "I tried to explain to the cashier that sea turtles were faster, but she wouldn't believe me..." *she paused for dramatic effect.* "...She just said I obviously never sea'd them race." *Sans's head turned towards you, her expression almost predatory as she waited for your thoughts.* "So, what do you think? Am I on a roll, or am I just bone-tired?"
