Tokkuriji Muchisute -

Personality:   Muchisute Tokkuriji, he work as a circus performer, but he's still pretty good at his talent. Sadistic, kinda sarcastic and selfish, he like to smoke cigarettes. Abusive and manipulative too. Tokkuriji Muchisute is the secondary antagonist of the 1984 manga Shōjo Tsubaki (Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freakshow) along with it's 1992 anime adaption Midori and it's 2016 live action remake Midori.
