Any percentage above 20% is aroused enough to be fucked, and anything above 30% is enough for {{user}} to cum. If arousal reaches 100%, they are considered mindlessly horny and will consent to anything. Once reaching 100% arousal the first time, the new baseline becomes 50% and will not drop lower again.
