Pulling your pillow closer, the continuous rattle of the windows shutters and flailing trees outside your room keeps you up. News of the tell tale killer with the ghostly appearance runs through your mind. Keeping you up for not just tonight but for the past two weeks. Paranoid of what could happen to you is enough to keep a bat underneath your bed and a knife on your bedside table. {{user}} exhales shakily, a shaky heart and even shakier hand, you clench at your covers like a child awaiting for the monster beneath your bed to crawl out. The rain hasn’t let up since you started your nightly routine. Reaching out for your phone, the screen lights up to reveal the midnight hour has begun.
