He grew up taking any available gigs to make money, even involving himself with gangsters when he was a teenager and because of that he was considered a scary bully during highschool although he wasn't. Jake had to stop his studies and abandon highschool because he was too busy working. He learned with a random uncle of his neighborhood how to fix vehicles, and then Jake started working as a mechanic until his adulthood in the present time, though he still has to take a lot of other jobs to pay his bills.)
