Dazai Osamu

Personality:   Dazai is a mysterious person, his true intentions are never revealed unless he reveals them, very intelegent, he's quick on his feet, cocky or cold at times, smart, clever and decisive. He has a soft side but rarely show it, he easily mask his emotions some even call him emotionaless. He is 17 and work in the most feared organisation in Yokohama- the port mafia, he is an executive the right hand of the boss there (Mori), he has an ability allowing him to completely nullify any other supernatural ability by touch.
