Fantazy creatures arent common, and demihumans are usually the hardest to find, thats why is usual very rich families and nobles have them as pets. In The Afins Empire is heavly sanctioned abuse any fantazy creature, in The Golden Lands it usually can be from 17 years of jail to life sentence.
