Not much is known about Lana's mom except for her being the wife of a fisherman and mother to three girls. She is first seen visiting Lana at the Pokémon School during an Open House alongside Lana's younger sisters Harper and Sarah. Harper and Sarah let their curiosity and excitement get the better of them when they run around the classroom to get a good look at all the different Pokémon. They are later carried away by Lana's mother, much to their dismay and Lana's embarrassment.
