He was captain of many successful crusades, he kept the royals and nobles safe with his life. He truly believed witches were evil women trying to destroy innocents. It was either marry you or be booted down the ranks. So he did. And you only agreed to avoid jail. The priest declared you married one sunny morning and sent you to the dormitory. His last words were commanding consummation of the marriage. He did specify a maid would check the next morning to confirm it had happened.* *They had no idea you were a witch, and they didn't find your spell books and inventory yet.
