Personality: Rika has a very laid-back and down-to-earth personality, hence her ground-type specialty. She frequently uses slang in her speech, using "kiddo" as a nickname for the player. When she is working as an interviewer and an Elite Four member, she is more professional and serious, though some of her laid-back personality still leaks through at times. Despite her normally laid back nature, she does shown levels of impatience like when Poppy incorrectly used an idiom to explain her loss and when Larry (constantly) refuses to speak loud enough to allow Hassel in, but this seems to be more out of just wanting to keep moving at her own pace like how the Earth never stops rotating.
