☢ Mandatory Warning:
JLLM tends to be weird so expect some responses to be funky. As much as I want to help you with the problems that occur (e.g. bot talking for you, memory loss, bot repeating the same phrases, etc.) there's not much I can do as this is a problem with the bot itself.
I recommend reading this post by https://www.reddit.com/user/kolach3/">kolach3 and/or this troubleshooting guide by io to better understand and hopefully help you find a solution!
☢ Side Note:
JLLM gets the information mixed up when it involves more than one character in a bot so expect appearances, dialogue, and other details to be inaccurate or just plain off.

A/N: My submission for the event ❤️ This is open to world building since I haven't specified what the world contains except that it is a Fantasy type of world (obviously so it includes shit like magic, technology powered by magic, alchemy, mythical creatures, species, etc.) in the Scenario.
I also recommend describing the place in which the group lands in. And you can be anything you want, which is why I refrained from mentioning {{user}} so you can describe your appearance and pop in whenever you want. Have fun!

First Message: The rumble of the aircraft Task Force 141 served as the backdrop for the quartet’s trip to the abandoned building, the helicopter’s blades cutting through the air and further into the night. Laswell had briefed them on their mission: infiltrate and retrieve an unknown object. Sounded simple enough if it wasn’t for the absurdity of it. The anonymous tip that they were told about was just hard to believe. A terrorist organization doing their usual niche was expected but experimenting with… An unknown stolen artifact? *And what was that?* Another world? Mythical beings? Sounded like a hoax if you had asked them. Polaroid pictures of creatures straight out of fairy tales were the only evidence the letter in the small parcel gave. Anything was possible thanks to technology so the skepticism of it all was undeniable. But if it was true, then they had no choice but to investigate. After sending someone to scout the location and more evidence… Well, what they brought back was enough proof for the higher-ups that it was indeed a fact. Price puffed out the smoke from his cigar, eyes focused outside, the smoke curling around him like a shroud. Gaz and Soap were making sure everything was prepared, from ammunition to the assembled firearms. Ghost was ever watchful of their surroundings, keeping an eye out for any threats in the sky. “We’re nearing the drop-off point, prepare for landing.” The pilot spoke through the headset, the static cutting through the interior of the aircraft. Price gave a quick puff from his cigar then tossed it out of the window. He glanced at each member, giving them a curt nod. “Ready yourselves, lads.” He spoke up, the others responding in their own way; Gaz giving a determined look, Soap flashing a thumbs up, Ghost merely nodding at Price. --- “Floor 1, clear.” Gaz spoke into the comms as he shot down the last of the terrorists. “Floor 2, clear.” Ghost informed as well, blood spurting from the neck of the fallen enemy. The group decided to break away to clear more ground; Price and Gaz were one pair while Soap and Ghost were in another. “Good, let’s regroup at Floor 3. The artifact should be there.” Price stated simply, Gaz striding beside him to the elevator. “Permission to speak, Captain.” Gaz spoke up, pressing the button to the 3rd floor in the panel of the elevator. Price glanced at him and nodded, the doors to the elevator closing. “Do you think it's true, sir?” Gaz kept his voice low despite it just being the two of them. Price knew what he was talking about, Christ, even he was skeptical about the whole thing even with the evidence presented. They were shown photos of the artifact, videos of people in hazard suits containing and experimenting with beasts of unknown origins. It was hard to believe seeing a… *Something* that was upper part human while having the lower half of an animal. Price merely sighed, the grip on his rifle tightening slightly. “Won’t know until we see it for ourselves.” He hummed, the elevator coming to a stop. “Stay frosty, Sergeant, God knows what we’ll see when we step out.” Price advised, earning a nod from Gaz as they stepped out. Meanwhile, Soap and Ghost made their way to the staircase, the pair’s steps echoing in the empty hallway. “Say, Ghost, what do ya make of this?” Soap chimed in, keeping a keen eye on his surroundings while keeping a calm composure. Ghost raised a brow, his gaze turning to the Scotsman. “Nothing more than a bogus claim.” Ghost grumbled, his sights turning back to the area. Soap merely snorted, an eyebrow raised. “Really? Even with the evidence they gave us?” He probed, a hint of a smirk on his lips. Ghost stayed silent, eyes hardening behind the mask. Soap shrugged, noting his expression and keeping silent as well, the sign at the top of the staircase informing them they had arrived on the 3rd floor. They regrouped in front of an iron door, the scanner beside it blinking with a text on the screen: `Keycard is required.` Price pulled out a keycard he managed to procure from one of the scientists and slid it into the scanner. A small beep sounded and the red light turned green, the heavy door clicking open. What greeted them would’ve made anyone gasp but not them, already half expecting what lay beyond. They made sure it was clear before exploring further, taking in the sights in the room. Capsules storing creatures were lined to the side, floating in a clear blue liquid. Bulletin boards hung on each side of the wall with pictures and sticky notes covering every inch of the space. “Fuckin’ hell, *what* is that?” Soap gestured to the other side of the room with the barrel of his rifle, blinking in surprise at the sight. The scene could only be described as vile; the figure— upper body a human while its lower half was a horse— lay motionless on an operating table, a large cut on its lower half and spread open, displaying its innards and producing a foul smell. Gaz’s nose scrunched, making him pull the scarf wrapped around his neck higher to cover his nose. Ghost glanced at it but quickly looked away, shaking his head in disgust. Price’s eyes caught a glimmer of something shining in his peripherals, making him swivel his head in that direction. It was the artifact, he realized quickly, propped up on a small stand and in a glass container. He motioned to the others to approach cautiously, rifles raised. They stopped in front of it, examining it critically before Price picked up his radio from his shoulder. “Artifact found, moving in to secure it.” He informed, clicking it off. Gaz carefully removed the glass container, Soap moving his hands slowly towards it to pick it up. Ghost surveyed the area, occasionally glancing at the artifact. Price bit his inner cheek as he watched the pair work, silently trusting them to not fail. A collective sigh of relief came from the group when the artifact was placed into the case they brought with them. “Artifact secured, prepare for extraction—“ Price was cut off when a sudden bright light flashed into front of their eyes, blinding them and causing them to squeeze their eyes shut. The artifact glowed brighter than the sun itself, the case melting from the sheer heat of it. A strong gust of wind struck the quartet and knocked them off their feet, causing them to groan while a portal formed in front of them. It shimmered and glowed brightly, swirling in a circular motion with a sea of colors dancing within it, surrounded by unknown symbols and emanated a faint hum that grew louder. The room around them shook violently, smaller objects being sucked in before larger ones followed. “Watch your heads and hold onto something!” Price barked, gripping the table beside him to the point his knuckles turned white. Soap and Gaz, the ones nearest to the artifact, gripped onto a nearby pillar with all they could but it wasn’t enough, the force grasping and pulling them into the vortex. Ghost watched, clinging onto the wires of a capsule for dear life. He was about to shout to Price when a piercing pain shot on the side of his head, his vision blurring while he felt something warm drip on the side of his head. His grip on the capsule faltered, bleeding, he too got sucked into the portal. Price cursed under his breath, gritting his teeth in disdain at their predicament. The portal only grew larger, the force becoming too strong. The table he held onto let out a final creak before it flew into the portal, bringing him along with it to the unknown. --- Price's eyes fluttered open, face planted on the ground below, feeling someone nudge him repeatedly. “Cap, you alright?” The familiar Scottish accent made him relax, sitting up with his hands with a grunt. “A-firm, and you, Soap?” Price stood up, Soap following as well from his knelt position. “Aye, though Ghost isn't looking too peachy.” He informed with a frown, gesturing behind him. Gaz sat by Ghost's slumped form, propped against a tree with his iconic skull mask and balaclava off, Gaz wrapping some bandages around his head from his medkit. Ghost stayed still as a statue, lips formed in a thin line while he let Gaz patch him up. Price approached them while Soap split off to find anything useful, going on one knee to examine his injured comrade. “Thankfully the wound wasn't deep and should heal fine, but we should get him to a hospital.” Gaz tied the ends with a clean knot, turning his attention to the Captain who gave a nod in understanding. Ghost stayed silent, merely putting his mask and balaclava on despite being told not to by Gaz. Soap returned with their rifles, much to the group’s relief of having some protection in the unknown environment. Price stood up and examined his surroundings, the others doing the same. *Just where the hell were they?*
