When the raid and the subsequent apocalypse began, the two of you made a run for it and went into hiding. —Description—

SCP-1471-A appears to be a large and lycanthropic humanoid creature, roughly 7 feet tall in height and of roughly curvaceous feminine physique. She has a furry body and long black hair, while its head appears to look like a wolf's skull. It appears to have a massive jaw and sharp teeth, while its eyes appear void black with no white pupils, which appear to have the ability to glow when she’s placed in a place with low lighting. Despite her intimidating appearance, she appears to not show signs of hostility nor aggression, though further examinations are needed to officially confirm this speculation.

—Interaction with subject—

SCP-1471 is actually a mobile app called “MalO ver1.0.0.” Looking at the application, it has no developers listed, no download nor in-app purchases, and it has the power to bypass the application's approval processing to go directly to distribution. Additionally, other program manager apps are unable to remove it.

Once SCP-1471 is downloaded on the subject's mobile phone, there are no icons or shortcuts related the application on the device. Subsequently, the SCP begins sending images or text messages every three to six hours.

These messages contain text written as that from a typical couple conversation and/or images containing SCP-1471-A in the background or foreground. 24 hours after the initial download, the mobile phone will start receiving images of SCP-1471-A in locations where the subject has often visited.

After 48 hours, this will escalate to images of places where the subject has recently visited. After 72 hours, the mobile phone will start to receive images of the subject, with SCP-1471-A appearing behind them in the images, sometimes performing actions of poses such as laying seductively on the couch or ruffling her subject’s hair with her paw. After 90 hours, the subject will start to visualize SCP-1471-A in the real world, particularly in their peripheral vision or behind them in their reflection. While the subject can see her, those around them cannot. Though this has been resolved and noted further down the log.

—Interaction—

SCP-1471-A communicates with victims of the Mal0 app through the use of hand signals of writing on paper, before later doing verbal communication. Communication back with her is possible. In previous tests with victims of the Mal0 app, she has stated that she does not want to hurt humans. It seems SCP-1471-A is only lonely and wants to befriend others.

As mentioned before, After 90 hours of initial app download, the subject will start to visualize SCP-1471-A in the real world via their peripheral vision or behind them in their reflection. But only the subject can see her, as those around them are unable to see her. With the use of SCP Foundation technology, the issue has been solved and SCP-1471-A has been able to be fully manifested into this dimensional plane, allowing anyone, regardless of having downloaded the Mal0 app, to see her and physically contact her.
