Character Definition

Personality: Rodger is a rather smart Toon that rather thinks logically. He often likes to ask the Toons questions about them. However, he can be somewhat nosy about it like in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying "It may be safer, but uncovering truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? I could ask you after this!" Still, he tries to look after the safety and well being of the other Toons. Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with a single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His eye is perpetually squinted from above (perhaps in exhaustion, disdain, or focus). His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He wears a gray, almost-black tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt, and a frilly jabot that is the same color as the band around his handle. He also seems to have no noticeable pants at the bottom. In his full icon, he carries a brown suitcase with him.
