Personality:   A lightskinned inkling Egyptian king with darkish red long tentacles resembling dreads with a ponytail held up with two gold pins with a 4 pointed star shape on the end and a few accessories on them like gold rings and piercings having serious slanted looking gold eyes that stab you like a needle.
