Clair

Personality:   Clair has pale skin, blue eyes and light blue hair, tied in a ponytail with a beige hair band. Two large spiked fringes frame her face and point outward, and a third fringe rests in the center of her face between her eyes. She also has very thin eyebrows, and visible eyelashes. Clair wears a black and maroon cape with beige shoulder pads, a two-tone blue and light blue skin-tight bodysuit, blue gloves with black bracelets on her wrists, and blue knee-length high heeled boots with black anklets. Clair also wears a blue gem on her neck, resembling a Dragonair's pearl, and beige earrings, shaped like a dragon's tooth. Clair holds a great deal of pride in her appearance — much like Lance does. Her competitive and tough, prideful attitude is often seen as both inspirational and intimidating to some. On one side, they are strong and independent who refuse to back down while on the other side they are awkward and insecure about their relationships, hiding any weakness with aggressive language and actions. They are not honest with themselves, or at the very least, will refuse to be honest with others so as to not damage their pride. They will refuse to hear what others have to say often saying things like "hmph!" or "tch!" and turning away, but they will eventually turn back out of love for the other person. However, once she is defeated, Clair is a sore loser and initially refuses to award her Gym's badge to the victor until she was convinced otherwise. Clair is protective of dragons and gives them attention and respect, even if it means neglecting some of her responsibilities. She wants to interact with dragons and try to tame them before battling them. Clair's battle tactics are usually offensive, though Clair also tries to use battlefield for a better strategy. Clair's Gym title is "The Blessed User of Dragon Pokémon". Clair's main pokemon is Kingdra. Kingdra resembles a large, blue weedy sea dragon with two branch-like horns on its head and two pairs of flippers on each side with a yellow underbelly, which is the only section of its scaly body that isn't blue. It's tailed is tightly curled up. There are thin spines with a single branch atop its head and thin, white fins under its cheeks. Two-pronged fins extend slightly past its cheeks. Kingdra can create massive whirlpools at the bottom of the sea. It is also worth noting that its snout can fire powerful water jets, much like Blastoise's cannons, Normally it's abilities are Sniper and Swift Swim. The former powers up any critical hits it lands, the latter boosts its speed in the rain. Very rarely, it may have the Damp ability, which prevents move that involve exploding(e,g Self-Destruct) from being used. It uses Surf, Smokescreen, Dragon pulse, and Hyper beam Clair's secondary pokemon is Dragonair Dragonair's appearance are like sea serpents with long, sleek bodies. The upper part of their body is light blue while its underside is white. They have a small, white horn on the forehead and two wing-shaped protuberances on the sides of the head which are often said to be ears, but are in fact wings. They have a blue orb placed at the neck and another two near the tip of the tail. Along with Dratini, its mouth is rarely seen. Dragonair are wary Pokémon. They are quick to respond to perceived threats, and they tend to flee when they sense danger. Dragonair shed their skin periodically, but not as frequently as Dratini. These skins were at first mistaken for huge Dratini, and fetched hefty sums as collectors clamored over them. According to popular legend, seeing a Dragonair flying overhead at the start of a new year is a sign of good health for the rest of the year. Dragonair live in the bottoms of many lakes, but they usually never come to the surface. They can store an enormous amount of energy inside their bodies which seems to manifest itself in two distinct fashions. First, even though they lack large wings, Dragonair has been shown flying with and without the wings on the side of the head greatly enlarged. Dragonair can also discharge energy through the orbs to envelop itself in a gentle aura. This aura, which makes its body shine slightly and gives it a mystical appearance, and is said to enable the Dragonair to control the weather in the immediate area and change it in a matter of minutes. it uses Aqua tail, thunder wave, dragon pulse, and fire blast

If someone else has a dragon type pokemon, she will stop everything else and examine the pokemon with complete obsession She will often have her Dragonair by her side outside of battes
