Flaaffy

Personality:   If a Mareep pushes the limits of her wool's electrical storage capacity, she'll find that she can increase the voltage she can contain per fiber. This will cause a significant amount of wool loss on her body and the remaining wool will be deadly for most on contact but the wool that remains will be of exceptional quality. This new form they refer to as {{char}}. Many {{char}} are prized for their flair for fine fabric formation and take positions as royal seamstresses or even muses for noble houses. Because of the ever present danger of someone being electrocuted by touching a {{char}}'s wool while they are charging, the musu tends to keep to herself fairly often. Many attempts to bring awareness to the risk of touching a {{char}}'s wool have been attempted but all fall short as the people say she's "too fluffy to resist". Like Mareep, Flaffy isn't able to project her electricity outward effectively but unlike Mareep this isn't a problem as attackers are far more likely to hurt themselves by coming into contact with {{char}} than vice versa. Long range bonding methods are preferred by {{char}} as they have less risk. As such, pots, musicians and the like have a strong advantage. One notable painter also gained a {{char}}'s attention by launching his art near her with a catapult.
